Salmonella Control

Over the last few years the European Community has prioritised its efforts on the control of the most important zoonosis in the food sector, salmonellosis, transmitted to human beings through contaminations caused in the food production process or due to the lack of hygiene when handling them.

ADIVETER has placed its know-how, products and technology to the service of this objective, participating in the control and elimination ofSalmonella in the manufacturing processes and in animal feed, and therefore preventing Salmonella from entering the production process.

ADIVETER has also made its ENAC certified laboratory available for the follow-up and control of Salmonella and other pathogens throughout the entire production process involving farm animals, in order to detect possible contaminations until their arrival in the slaughterhouse or, in the case of egg production, they are packaged.
